After more than a year in Chardonnay barrels, we woke the bear to discover a farmhouse funk and complex acidity derived from the combination of hibernation, wild yeast, bacteria and a bunch of blackberry.
Wildbeary Wheat, a reimagined take on our classic fruit beer, left The Funkifier™ with a light body, slight haze and a refreshingly crisp tartness.
